I went in there today april 25th 2023. It was my first time in the store and I can say I will be back. Not only were the staff so sweet they were very knowledgeable when helping other pet parents. I got my 3rd bunny from there and was very satisfied with how they handle procedures when it comes to customers handling animals. Thank you guys for being so helpful and providing me with my new baby !

Very knowledgeable when it comes to fish. We've gone to this store multiple times for fish and live plants and always get great service. Wonderful staff and we will definitely continue shopping here for all our fish needs

Ryan and Madison along with Landon! And other staff are always super knowledgeable, favorite place to get my gladiator fishies. No issues with any of the fish or plants I have purchased either.

Over the past year, my French Mastiff’s allergies have been progressively getting worse. I’ve taken him to the vet numerous times, and they recommended Health Science Sensitive Stomach dog food, but it didn’t seem to make any difference. I also tried Pet Lab’s allergy-sensitive stomach chews, but those didn’t help either. Frustrated, I visited several pet stores around Wilmington, asking the same question to every staff member: “What’s the best food for a dog with allergies?” Each store had its own suggestions, but none of the recommended products improved my dog’s condition. Then one day, I decided to stop by Pet Supermarket, hopeful that I might find a solution. I spoke with Cecil, explaining the struggles I had been facing for the past year. After listening carefully, Cecil confidently recommended Performance Ultra Dog Food. We chatted for about five minutes, and I felt reassured by his knowledge and expertise. He was confident this food could make a difference for my dog. Within just two weeks, I noticed a significant improvement. My dog started licking and scratching himself less and less every day. It was such a relief to see him finally getting some comfort. I want to sincerely thank Cecil for taking the time to listen to my concerns and for recommending the right food for my dog. After a year of struggle, it feels like a weight has been lifted, and my dog is finally on the road to feeling better.

Olivia did an amazing job grooming my two German shepherds! They are both very anxious and I have been turned away from past groomers due to their anxiety when getting groomed! Olivia was very professional and did an amazing job! Will go back again!!

Pet Supermarket offers a Senior Discount every day. The cashier greets you as you enter the store and seems to know the dogs who come in. Some items are limited and some are different from other pet stores. The store is clean and well organized.

Very nice store for all your pet needs! There are pets for sale and it’s soo nice to bring the kids in to see the pets. They have ferrets birds cats rabbits fish and hamsters 🐹 among a variety of other animals. I love they have variety of pet treats for sell and they look yummy! Stop in and get your fur baby a treat and accessories. Like my review if you love pet supermarket

I came in today and got a bunny!! Ashley was really nice, very helpful and knowledgeable! She helped us pick out some stuff for the bunny. We will definitely be returning for more supplies and updates on our bunny. Thank you again Ashley <3

A very nice, clean pet store. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. We were looking at live plants for our aquarium. He could tell us about the height they would grow to and how much light they did or did not need. And, whether they would be a good fit in our tank. We are very happy with our live plants.
